So what's pretty interesting about the founder community it is a lonely and isolating life if you don't have folks like us, that have been copilots for so long and can give you so much information. And I say our team prides ourselves on pattern recognition wrapped with a tremendous amount of empathy. You want someone who's seen it 100 times, but to never make you feel like number 101.
I'm Adam Katz. I'm a partner at Corient. And I'm the head of the founder and entrepreneur practice group.
A lot of founders start out with an idea, maybe in a garage, in a shared workspace. And really being a copilot along that whole journey, from ideation, to execution, to maybe monetization one day is really the role we've decided to take in the marketplace.
And when we think about when we meet the founders, we don't really know where they are in their journey. But we have ways to be super relevant whenever and wherever we need them.
So I feel like we have really found a part of the market and offering that just really hasn't existed.
It's this coaching. It's therapy. It's co-piloting on a journey that is unique. It is not something that most people have dealt with. When you're interviewing versions of us, I always say, "Make sure that you are not an outlier to your advisor and they're not practicing on you."
'Cause when they ask questions, you wanna make sure you've answered it all day long. And I say to founders that meet us, everything you're gonna ask us, we're talking about all day. And everything we talk about all day, you're gonna care about.
